Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are not applicable for fully accessed or completed courses.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain digital products and services are non-refundable, including:
- Downloadable course materials
- Subscription-based services after the billing period has started
- Courses purchased during promotional sales
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
- If rejected, we will provide a reason for the denial.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as some transactions may take time to reflect.

Course Exchanges
We do not offer course exchanges. However, if there is an issue with course content (such as missing materials or incorrect enrollment), please reach out to us for assistance.
Gifted Courses
If the course was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a credit for future courses if a refund is approved.
If the gift giver purchased the course for themselves and later gifted it to you, the refund will be processed back to the original buyer.
