2. Course Purchases and Refunds
2.1 All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. 2.2 Users can purchase courses, and access is granted upon successful payment. 2.3 Refunds are only provided under specific conditions as outlined in our Refund Policy. 2.4 We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of any course content.
3. Instructor Terms
3.1 Users can apply to become instructors to create and sell their courses. 3.2 Instructors must submit their courses for approval before publishing them. 3.3 We reserve the right to reject or remove any course that violates our policies. 3.4 Instructors are responsible for ensuring that their content is original and does not infringe any copyrights. 3.5 Revenue sharing, payouts, and taxes will be handled as per our Instructor Payment Policy.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1 Users must not post or sell illegal, harmful, or misleading content. 4.2 Plagiarism, copyright infringement, and impersonation are strictly prohibited. 4.3 Any fraudulent activities, including chargebacks without valid reasons, may result in account suspension. 4.4 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.
5. Payment Processing via Razorpay
5.1 Payments for courses are processed securely through Razorpay. 5.2 We may collect and store payment-related information as required for transactions. 5.3 Razorpay’s terms and policies apply to all transactions made on our platform. 5.4 In case of any payment disputes, Razorpay’s dispute resolution mechanism will be followed.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this platform, including logos, text, and graphics, is protected under copyright laws. 6.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without proper authorization. 6.3 Instructors retain ownership of their course content but grant us a license to display and sell it.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of our platform. 7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform. 7.3 Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 8.2 If your account is terminated, any remaining balances may be withheld in cases of policy violations.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
